Sleeping Lions was formed in Mid-Sussex in 1983 and is the only Fitted Bedroom and Home Office specialist in the area.
We take great pride in our work and our reputation within the industry and with customers. We appreciate the trust given to us by our customers; to work in your homes is a privilege and we treat your houses and belongings with respect and care. Since almost all our work comes from recommendations by previous customers, you will not find us advertising anywhere.
Pete Stevenson
Sleeping Lions is run by Peter Stevenson, a City & Guilds qualified Cabinet maker and all round good egg. He has been working in the fitted bedroom and home office business for over 30 years.
Having worked for most of the major
players in the industry, Pete has a wealth of experience and a fantastic eye for design. Customer service is paramount in Pete's opinion and this is reflected in the care and attention to detail afforded to each job.
Paul Leonard
Paul is the newest member of the SleepingLions team. After a decade of working in the hospitality industry, Paul sought a career change, joining Sleeping Lions in 2015.
With joinery qualifications under his (tool) belt, Paul takes immense pride in his work and has blended in to the team like a part of the family.
Sleeping Lions designs are proud supporters of Scotty's Little Soldiers. We will match any customer donation up to £50.
Scotty’s Little Soldiers is a charity dedicated to supporting bereaved British Forces children.
Inspired by the experience of Army widow Nikki Scott, the charity honours husband Corporal Lee Scott’s memory - both as a loyal soldier and a loving father - and provides a practical yet personal way for the public at large to show their appreciation for those brave individuals who make the ultimate sacrifice in the service of their country.
